My knowledge in project cargo and working with EPC, and EPCM companies is extensive. I have worked on projects both domestic and internationally. I have an excellent ability to assess any situation with respects to oversized shipments and create solutions which are feasible and can be executed in a timely and cost-efficient way. I also have zero claims on my record to date.

1-Experience.  Experience is one of the most important requirements when dealing with OOG cargo. There are so many defining factors that can throw a project off that only an experienced project manager could identify before it is overlooked and ultimately change the entire scope and outcome of any project, large, medium or small.

2-Personalization- Every project I am awarded comes with my absolute hands-on approach.  I will walk my clients through the entire process until all parties are on the exact same page. 

From dealing with engineering departments, discussing and understand drawings to onsite freight project management when requested.  This personalization and attention is a must for any company looking to take on expensive, complex and time sensitive projects.

3-Flexibility.  Flexibility is paramount to the success of any project.  As we all know, the parameters and requirements can, and do change on every project large or small.  Each project we work on is unique when it comes to size, scope and scale. I am always prepared to adjust my goal posts and it is common practice for me to always be prepared with a back up plan that can be implemented on the fly. This is probably the most important benefit to our clients especially when liquidated damages are part of the contractual terms of agreement.

I am very proud of the freight forwarding, project cargo company I built and ran for three years. It was a hard uphill battle but once it was able to stand on its own, the company really took off. It was an unexpected success but a top accomplishment, nonetheless.

I am also very proud to have been part of a large project in Peru South America.
I spent 4 months going back and forth from Peru to Canada to help in completing the Fenix power plant project.

We worked on this project from Start to finish which included over the road super loads from NJ to TX then breakbulk from the US to SA port of Callao Peru. We staged the material at port once the last cargo ship arrived and offloaded our goods.

Our last stretch going over the road to destination was challenging due to low highway bridges and lack of information provided by local authorities with respects to route surveys, but we managed without incident and finally arrived at our destination and were able to contribute and witness the birth of The Fenix power plant.

My solutions are predominantly Nationwide, but we have a massive international presence and tremendous expertise that are available at our disposal for any international requests.

I’m a huge fan of classical music.  Like most people I live for Traveling to warm dry climate destinations, preferably anywhere in the Mediterranean.  I also really enjoy camping in the fall. I have a daughter in university that I’m extremely proud of, a loving supportive wife and two little dogs that I love as much as I can’t stand at times. Other than that, I’m a pretty standard human and take work as serious as I take my family and free time.
